The five terms to know

If a reader remembers only five acronyms, these are the five. All public-facing materials should lead with these and lean on plain English for the rest.

LCDC — Lighthouse Community Development Corporation. The front door: housing, benefits navigation, direct services.
M-TOC™ — Mobile Triage Outreach Cavalry. The outreach unit that brings services to rural veterans where they live.
CAPE™ — Comprehensive Assessment, Planning & Empowerment. How a veteran is assessed, planned with, and empowered.
VI-PAR™ — Veteran Impact, Performance, Accountability & Reporting. The measurement system that proves outcomes.
BIBB™ — Board Intelligence Briefing Binder. The living electronic board binder where everything is filed and governed.
Who

The entities

EEC — Eagle Enterprises Consortium, L3C. The umbrella that coordinates the network and holds it accountable.
LCDC — Lighthouse Community Development Corporation. The 501(c)(3)-aligned community development corporation; the public front door.
RV3 — Rural Veterans Vanguard of Valor Foundation. The philanthropic arm; home of dedications and giving.
Guardian Angels Enterprises, L3C — the advocacy, volunteer, and communications arm; mission-aligned social enterprise.
VEI™ — Veterans Enterprise Institute. Steward of standards, certification, and research for the framework family below.
What we do

Programs & services

M-TOC™ — Mobile Triage Outreach Cavalry. Mobile outreach that triages needs and connects rural veterans to services on the spot.
CAPE™ — Comprehensive Assessment, Planning & Empowerment. The veteran-navigation doctrine from first assessment to an empowered plan.
SEISMIC™ — the Social Enterprise Incubator. Helps mission-aligned ventures (like the Culinary Incubator) launch and stand on their own.
E-Force Multiplier Network — the volunteer and partner network behind the Special Force Multipliers program: skilled allies deployed where they multiply the mission.
Operation Guardian Angel™ — community resilience and disaster-readiness protocols; the Surge Corps deploys under them.
Cafe Kountry Gumbeaux & the Rural Culinary Incubator — the social-enterprise cafe and its culinary training school (Anchor G1).
Bootcamps — cohort-based intensive training runs: workforce readiness, digital skills, entrepreneurship, life & financial skills (Anchor G2).
Guardian Light Memorial — the digital home of Honor Memorials: every honored name carries a story (Anchor G3).
Housing Pathway — LCDC's route from housing need to housed and stable, governed by the ADU discipline below.
How it's organized

Frameworks & toolkits

VEF™ — Veterans Enterprise Framework. The governance and implementation model for coordinating veteran-serving organizations; source of the five policy objectives and the five implementation phases.
VEM-BOK™ — Veterans Enterprise Management Body of Knowledge. The master reference library the framework family is drawn from (Version 2.0).
VETK™ — Veterans Enterprise Toolkits. Seven volumes of ready-to-use templates, checklists, and playbooks (1,700+ resources). Vol V covers housing & veteran services (HCDVSTK™), Vol VI emergency management (EMCRTK™), Vol VII transformation & strategic planning (ETISTK™); Vols I–IV cover governance (EGTK™), operations (OPPMTK™), technology (TADTTK™), and analytics (PADITK™).
EGMS™ — Enterprise Governance Management System. Where governance documents, policies, and compliance workflows live.
VEIE™ — the values engine behind the Enterprise Covenant (Anchor A3) and the AI-assisted advisor tools: stewardship, service, legacy.
OCEEWF™ — Organizational Culture, Engagement & Well-Being Framework. Culture managed as a measurable enterprise capability (Anchor A4).
How we prove and build

Governance, measurement & field terms

VI-PAR™ — Veteran Impact, Performance, Accountability & Reporting. The dashboard system that turns program activity into published, funder-visible outcomes.
BIBB™ — Board Intelligence Briefing Binder. The living electronic board binder — the master container of this whole library (Anchor A1).
KPI — Key Performance Indicator. A number chosen in advance to prove whether a goal is being met.
OKR — Objectives & Key Results. A goal-setting format: one clear objective, a few measurable results.
MOU / MOA — Memorandum of Understanding / Agreement. Written partnership commitments between organizations.
ADU — Accessory Dwelling Unit. A small secondary home on an existing lot; LCDC's housing-first development discipline (Anchors C1–C2).
CHDO — Community Housing Development Organization. A federal (HOME program) designation that unlocks housing funds for qualified nonprofits.
CLT — Community Land Trust. A nonprofit ownership model that keeps homes permanently affordable.
EOP / ICS / COOP — Emergency Operations Plan · Incident Command System · Continuity of Operations. The standard emergency-management planning stack behind Strategic Plan Pillar 4.
